Character Ed Theme – Accomplishment

 

Ø  Thank you to all of the contestants that participated in Panthers Got Talent yesterday.  We are very proud of the hard work and effort you put into your acts.  Congratulations to Kate Haake for taking home the first place trophy.  Second place went to Aubrey Wargo and third place went to Braylee Peyman.  Congratulations again to all of our contestants on a job well done.  We can't wait for next year's performances!  -The Talent Show Committee

Ø  Student Council - Elections will take place this week.  Thank you! Mrs. Wilson

Ø   Jazz Band – Permission slips are due for your Breadeaux’s and Happy Days trip

Ø  Yearbooks Extra yearbooks will go on sale starting Monday, May 13th in both offices. The cost is $25. Please have exact change or a check made out to MCS.

Ø  Help us, Help others!  Donation Drive being held by the 6th Grade Millstadt Project from May 7th to May 15th.  Choose which area of the community you would like to donate to (First Responder Care Packages or Senior Center Bingo Prizes & Millstadt Gardens Care Packages.!  Donations can be dropped off in any MCS or MPC office, or brought in to your homeroom teacher.  Please see the flyer located in the virtual backpack.  Thanks for donating!

Ø  There will be a softball meeting, Thursday May 16th at 8am in Mr. Keeley’s room for 5th - 8th grade girls interested in playing softball for the 2024-2025 school year.

Ø   All 7th and 8th graders that played 3 sports this year, please sign the blue board in the gym.

Ø  Volleyball Camp Information: Volleyball camp forms are due by May 17th.

Good morning!

We have an awards assembly today at 1:30 in the MCS gym.  We can begin seating at 1:15. The Panther Promise celebration will immediately follow the awards portion.

·  3rd grade will be seated on the gym floor behind the first gray line

·  4th grade in the bleachers on the home side beginning in the middle and moving toward the stage (where 8th grade usually sits)

·  5th grade in bleachers on visitor side beginning at the end farthest from the stage

·  6th grade in bleachers on visitor side beginning at the end closest to the stage

·  7th grade in bleachers on the home side beginning at the end farthest from the stage

·  8th grade in the chairs set up for graduation, in alphabetical order (that should be fun, but it's good practice for tomorrow)
