Character Ed Theme – Citizenship
First Priority is collecting small gifts that fit inside a shoebox. Please no liquids, food, or sprays. The homeroom with the most donations will win a pizza party. Third and fourth will collect school supplies, fifth and sixth will collect hygiene items, and seventh and eighth will collect small toys and games and fun items. -- Riley Weems
Wrestling There will be a wrestling meeting for 5th-8th grade boys and girls who are interested in wrestling at 2:30 tomorrow. (11/8)
Chuck-a-Duck Fundraiser: Fans can purchase the chance to win a prize with a dollar purchase of a rubber duckie with a number at the bottom. At halftime, we put a post-it note on the court and invite everyone to “chuck their duck”. The closest to the post-it wins the prize!
Donut Day! Donut Day is tomorrow! Bring your dollar to purchase a donut in the gym atrium beginning at 7:45.
NOVEMBER 14TH~ WORLD DIABETES DAY
World Diabetes Day provides an opportunity to raise awareness about diabetes as a critical global public health issue and emphasize the collective and individual actions needed to improve the prevention, diagnosis and management of diabetes. In honor of the students we have with diabetes here at MCS/MPC let's all wear BLUE on November 14th to show our support and raise awareness of diabetes. ~Nurse Heather
