Character Ed Theme – Citizenship
Chuck-a-Duck Fundraiser: Fans get a chance to win a prize with a dollar purchase of a rubber duckie with a number at the bottom. At halftime, we put a post-it note on the court and invite everyone to “chuck their duck”. The closest to the post-it wins the prize! Dates: 11/14, 11/18, 11/19, 11/25, 12/3, 12/4.
NOVEMBER 14TH~ WORLD DIABETES DAY
World Diabetes Day provides an opportunity to raise awareness about diabetes In honor of the students we have with diabetes here at MCS/MPC let's all wear BLUE on November 14th to show our support and raise awareness of diabetes. ~Nurse Heather
Farm Club will meet in Mrs. Hogg's room Tuesday November 19th at 7:45am
Glow Dance: Student Council is excited to sponsor a Glow Dance next Friday night, November 22nd from 7-9. This dance is for 6-8th grade. Please remember to get out there and dance. Keep your phone use limited to snapping those pictures of your friends to remember your memories, and be respectful to the chaperones that are giving their time to make your dance a success!! Permission slips will be available starting tomorrow in the hallways. You need them signed and $5 to enter the dance!
Spirit Week is next week!!! Dress up in the theme each day to earn a point for your class. The class with the most points at the end of the week will earn a donut party!! Teachers, please remember to tally those points each day and only count students who are actively participating ALL DAY!! Let's show our school spirit and have some fun!
