Character Ed Theme – Citizenship
Any 6-8th grade students interested in trying out for Science Olympiad can stop by Mrs. Kienitz’s room to pick up a tryout test packet. Packets must be picked up by Tuesday, November 26th.
Hodgkin's Lymphoma Awareness: On Tuesday November 26th MCS please show support for Hodgkin's Lymphoma by wearing purple to school that day.
Chuck-a-Duck Fundraiser: Fans get a chance to win a prize with a dollar purchase of a rubber duckie with a number at the bottom. At halftime, we put a post-it note on the court and invite everyone to “chuck their duck”. The closest to the post-it wins the prize! Dates: 11/25, 12/3, 12/4.
Bracelets for Regan: We will be selling rubber bracelets for leukemia awareness on Monday, November 25, and Tuesday, November 26, for $1 each. At the MPC, the bracelets will be sold before school in the multipurpose room, or payment can be sent in an envelope with your child's name, homeroom, and "bracelet" written on the front of the envelope. At MCS, students will be able to purchase the bracelets during their lunch period. In addition, on December 3rd, We will be wearing purple, her favorite color, to show our support and to acknowledge her last chemo treatment for the first round of treatments.

A big thank you to Mrs. Drennan for organizing the band for the assembly and Mrs. Sangiolo for working with the cheerleaders to make the assembly even more amazing. Thank you to all the coaches and students!
