Character Ed Theme – Responsibility
- Math Team – Some members of the MCS Math Team competed this past weekend in the Belleville West Feeder School Math Competition with exceptional results. The 8yh grade team consisted of Evan Wheeler, Joel Kurfman, Maelyn Vogel and Colin Kenny. Individually, Evan captured a 1st place medal while Joel, Maelyn and Colin all brought home Honorable Mentions! As a team, they were awarded the 1st place trophy!
Participants for 7th grade included Mylee Davis, Easton Blair, Annabelle Brunner, JT Milton, Kaden Copling, Eli Seneczyn and Jayden Richardson. Mylee earned a 1st Place medal for her fine score while Easton, Annabelle, JT, Kaden and Eli received Honorable Mention ribbons!
Evan and Joel competed in a high pressure 2-person speed round and won a 1st place plaque for their amazing performance. All other team members worked on a team test and they tied for 1st place but ended up with 2nd place due to the tie-breaker question. Ms. Glaeser is very proud of all the participants for their effort and fantastic results! - 8th Grade - Students interested in submitting a design for the cover of the yearbook must have your entries to Mrs. Fischer no later than Tuesday October 25th! Please see Mrs. Fischer for any questions.
- Beta Club - Beta Club induction is this Thursday at 6pm. in the multipurpose room.
- Student Council - Tomorrow is the last day Student Council will be selling Ghost Grams in the morning at MPC and at lunch at MCS. Send a Halloween greeting to a friend or yourself for $1. It will include a ring pop!
Student council has a meeting tomorrow morning at 7:30. It will be the last day to get your shirt order in.
